Is Social Justice Biblical?
It seems as if everyone is fighting for social justice today, Christians included. Ironically, you can often find people standing for justice while fighting for opposing causes. And you can see how easily this can happen. After all, no one would ever say that they’re against justice. The real question then isn’t whether you’re in favour of justice. The real question is whose justice do you favour?
In this episode, Scott and Shawn dive into the subject of social justice to help Christians find an answer. Beginning with a look at our culture’s prevailing ideas about justice, they turn to scripture to uncover what lies at the root of true justice as revealed by God’s Word.
What they discover might surprise you. But when you see what God says about true justice, you will come to realize that Christians, above all people, should be concerned with true biblical justice. There’s really no way of escaping it.
