Jesus’ Empowerer: What Really Enabled Jesus’ Mind and Miracles

So far in our Learning to Think Like Jesus series, we’ve learned that, because Jesus had a human mind like we do, it’s possible to learn to think in the same manner he did.

But this leaves us with some questions. If Jesus was fully man and wasn’t omniscient when he lived on Earth, how did he do things like read minds? And how did he perform miracles? Wouldn’t he have had to draw from his divinity to do those things? And so, can we really think like Jesus if we don’t have that advantage?

In this episode of the Prepared to Answer podcast, Scott dives into the doctrine of the incarnation so we have an understanding of Jesus’ humanity and divinity. Scott also shares what empowered Jesus to think the way he did — and that Jesus shares that same enablement with us.
