Jesus Teaches on Hell (or Does He?)

“How could a loving God send anyone to hell?”

There are few questions that cast more doubts against Christian beliefs than this. Especially in our world which seems convinced that it’s cornered the market on “love”. The growing temptation among many Christians then, is to either avoid the subject, or re-interpret the Bible to do away with hell altogether.

But as difficult as it may seem, the Bible’s teaching about hell is necessary. No, we can never convince people that hell is a good thing. But the gospel will never be good news without it.
